Shipping and Delivery of Products

1. SBS S.p.A. accepts orders exclusively with delivery to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. It is specified, in particular, that orders with delivery to the locations of Livigno, Campione d'Italia, the Republic of San Marino, and the Vatican City State will not be accepted.

2. The shipment of the ordered products will take place using the methods selected by the Customer, among those available and indicated on the website at the time of placing the order. SBS S.p.A. uses express couriers entrusted by the company for order shipment.

3. From the moment the ordered product is available, the shipment normally occurs within a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days for delivery in the Italian territory. In the case of delivery to countries other than Italy, from the moment the ordered product is available, the shipment normally occurs within a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days. In any case, the product will be shipped within 30 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

4. To avoid delivery inconveniences and any charges for storage fees, the Customer is requested to provide an address where someone is always available to pick up the order.

5. At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer or the designated recipient is required to check that the contents of the delivered package correspond to what was ordered and indicated in the invoice sent via email. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or a discrepancy in the number of packages compared to what is indicated on the invoice, must be immediately contested by adding a handwritten and signed comment on the delivery note. In the absence of this, once the courier's delivery document is signed without making any complaints, the Customer cannot make any further claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items as well as the number of packages received.
