General Terms of Access and Use of the Website

    The version of the website www.jaz-music.com is managed by SBS S.p.A. with legal headquarters in Italy – 28010 Miasino, via circonvallazione s/n (VAT and Tax Code: 01888310032). Registered at the Novara Chamber of Commerce - R.E.A. no. 202775. By accessing, the User accepts the website "as is," aware that the information or elements on the site may contain technical inaccuracies or errors. SBS S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information and data on the website or the suitability of the information and data mentioned for specific purposes. In no event shall SBS S.p.A. be liable for any direct or indirect, specific or general, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the website or other sites accessible through hyperlinks, whether or not SBS S.p.A. was aware of the possibility of such damages. By accessing the website, the user acknowledges that the use of the site is at their sole risk. The user agrees, in particular, to assume the risk of any loss, damage, data theft, file corruption, and/or inability to use or repair their computer equipment and programs related to the access and use of the website. For any dispute concerning the interpretation, application, validity, and execution of these terms of use of the website or the user's use, the exclusive jurisdiction will be that of the Verbania Court of the Italian judicial authority.

  3. Partial nullity.
    In the event of the nullity of one or more of these clauses or parts of them, due to a conflict with mandatory legal provisions, such provisions will be deemed automatically replaced, only to the extent of the conflict, by what is legislatively provided.
